- ACCEPTANCE AND ELIGIBILITY
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or such higher age as may be applicable under local law) and of sufficient understanding and capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us. The acceptance and eligibility criteria specified in this provision shall apply universally, unless otherwise modified by any specific regulatory requirements governing the jurisdiction where you reside.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The Service does not permit certain activities on its platforms or systems. These include but are not limited to:
- Using multiple accounts or proxies for registration;
- Creating accounts in the names of others or misrepresenting your personal details;
- Engaging in any form of cheating, game tampering, fraud, manipulation, unauthorized access or attempted hacking into our systems;
- Harassing other users, employees, contractors or representatives;
- USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information, as well as all transactions conducted through that account. Any losses arising from misuse due to a compromise in account security shall be borne solely by you.
- WAGERING AND PAYMENT TERMS
- All wagers must be made in accordance with our betting rules.
- Payments for any services or goods provided are non-refundable and strictly as set out in the relevant terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed to by The Service in writing.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights relating to the games, platforms, systems and other materials utilized within the Service belong exclusively to us (or our third-party suppliers). You acknowledge that your participation or use does not grant you ownership of any part of such content, but rather an exclusive license permitting temporary access thereto for personal entertainment purposes only.
- COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS
We shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing the jurisdictions in which our service is provided; however, we cannot guarantee compliance at all times with regulatory changes or localized legislation that may apply specifically to your country of residence or any particular region within it.
- SAFETY MEASURES
To support responsible gaming practices, you can set various limits on your account usage by contacting us via the designated email channel. However, any adjustment made to these parameters requires a 24-hour delay before taking effect.
- CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNTS AND WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS
If we believe that there has been misuse or improper activity with respect to an Account (including where prohibited activities under this Agreement have taken place), then The Service shall be entitled, without giving any prior notice and at its discretion, immediately suspend access for the affected individual. Any disputes arising out of our actions must be submitted through a written request made directly by you to us via email.
- TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notification sent in accordance with standard business practices as used between commercial entities worldwide without prejudice or penalty; however, any claims or issues existing prior to the termination date will remain unaffected by such cancellation and must be resolved through regular means of dispute resolution procedures agreed within these terms.
- GOVERNING LAW
All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject exclusively to British jurisdiction, with all claims dealt with in an appropriate court having jurisdiction over commercial matters under applicable law.
- CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Service reserves the right to update or amend any provision contained within these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion; therefore please consult relevant parts of your original agreement before proceeding if unsure about any changes made since execution.
